There are no contracts, no cancellation fees, no set-up fees and no minimums. You pay only for the minutes you actually use.

Q: How do I get started?

Q: Do I need to call Soundpath to reserve a time for my call?

No. Your automated Soundpath service is always available, day or night. Simply tell your participants when and how to dial in, and you can begin your conference instantly.

Q: Does an operator need to call my participants to join them to the conference?

No. Everyone simply dials in to join your call.

Q: How do I hold a conference?

Simply notify your participants of the date & time of your conference, give them your local or freephone numbers and permanent participant passcode, and everyone is set to go. Just pick up your phone, dial in to your local access number, and enter your moderator passcode to start your conference.

Q: Can participants outside the UK join my call?

Yes. Participants can easily dial in from anywhere in the world, even from a mobile, just give those participants the international dial-in number that are sent with your Welcome Pack on the reverse side of the cover letter.
